Do you have questions about My Juicee Nailz by Jelisa mobile nail salon? Below are some of the most commonly asked questions by our customers. If you have a question that is not answered here, please feel free to call or email us.

Are your staff licensed professionals?

Yes! We are licensed in the state of Florida. We can supply proof of licensing on every visit!

Do I have to pay a deposit?

Yes. To secure your appointment, we ask that you pay a $25 deposit at the time of booking.

Does my deposit go towards my service?

Yes! Your deposit does go toward your service.

What forms of payment do you except?

We except PayPal, Cashapp, Applepay, and cash. For reservations purposes deposit must be paid via PayPal.

Do you charge for mileage?

We charge a $10 travel fee and a modest mileage rate of $0.75 per mile. If there are multiple persons receiving a service there will only be one mileage fee.

Do I get a refund if I have to cancel my appointment?

You can transfer a service deposit  date once. If you cancel within 24 hours you forfeit your  deposit.

I live in an apartment - can I still get service?

Yes! There is a fee of $10 per flight of stairs. A flight is considered 10 steps.

Can I add a service once the technician arrives?

It depends on whether the technician has the supplies and the time available. Usually technicians bring only what they need.

What precautions do you take against COVID-19?

We are doing what we have always done. We wear a mask and a shield while conducting your service and we keep our tools and salon space clean and organized. For more information about our COVID-19 protocol click here.
